Most Romantic Oscar Nominees

Love is in the air. And so is glamor and glitz.

This weekend is the celebration of the Oscars in Hollywood. There are so many nominees and the focus will be on their most recent work, but quite a few of the nominees have been in films that put the focus on love and romance.

So if you aren't intrigued by watching the celebrity parade on the red carpet on Sunday, maybe it's a good time to find someone to snuggle down with and watch some of these Oscar nominees in other movies that are truly romantic and might just spark some action in your bedroom. See a full list of nominees on Oscars.org

Enchanted (Amy Adams)  Hilarious and fun send up of Disney animated classics wrapped around a real life romance.

Always (Steven Spielberg)  A classic and often overlooked romance from Spielberg's early years.

Last Of The Mohicans (Daniel Day-Lewis)  One of the best ever on-screen kisses of all time.

Silver Linings Playbook (Bradley Cooper) Nominated for this year's Academy Awards, it's all about love and second chances.

Sense & Sensibility (Ang Lee) The visual sensibilities of Ang Lee combine with the words of Jane Austen to provide a treat for the audience's senses.

Kate & Leopold (Hugh Jackman) Yes, it's not one of Meg Ryan's best rom-coms, but it's still fun to see Hugh Jackman in uniform.

Flirting (Naomi Watts) A tasty treat from Down Under about falling in love for the first time.

Marley & Me (Alan Arkin) A man, his wife, and his dog. What's not to love?

Awakenings (Robert DeNiro) A bittersweet romance that almost blooms into something real.

Coal Miner's Daughter (Tommy Lee Jones) At the heart of the story of Loretta Lyn is her love affair with her husband, Mooney.
