Spring Forward…Into Hot Sex!

If you’ve been feeling a little more sexually stimulated than usual lately, you can blame it on the anticipation of spring. Things are really starting to heat up! As soon as the snow and ice of winter starts to thaw, so do our inhibitions. It's time to reset your sexual clock. The birds and the bees are doing it, why shouldn't you? Daylight Saving Time starts on Sunday and runs through November throughout most of the United States and Canada. Now you'll have more daylight hours in the evening. While you can’t opt out of Daylight Savings Time (unless you’re in Arizona or Hawaii), we've got some great ideas for how best to enjoy the leap forward in time.

The truth is that you are going to lose an hour out of your time for sleep on Saturday night, so instead of complaining why not make plans to get to bed a little early and put you time to good use. That way you won’t lose any sleep, and you won’t have to skip any of the good parts of your Saturday night sex life…extend your time for foreplay and see what happens next.

Beach season is just around the corner. It's time to get back in shape and get more social. If you normally go solo for a walk or jog, invite a friend to go with you. Knowing you have someone counting on you to be ready to exercise will force you not to cancel or change your plans. Even better make plans with someone you want to get to know better and maybe you can call it a first date.

Make plans to get outside and enjoy the sun. Go on a picnic, try a tai chi class in the park, go biking or maybe even sex outside. Oops, did we just say that? Warmer weather means there's no reason why you can't be a little more daring if you so desire. Just make sure that you're really alone.

Take me out to the ball game. The boys of summer are in spring training and if you're near any of their winter ballparks, you should make plans to catch a game. There's a reason why there are so many baseball analogies about sex. Watching a game is very relaxing and it's easy to follow, whether you're a diehard fan or not. Maybe you'll even get to first base in the stands.

Make a date to visit a zoo together. There's something romantic about learning more about the animal kingdom that can really enhance the intimacy of a relationship. Gaze at the gorillas. Check out the lion's den. And admire the penguins. End the day sharing an ice cream cone and then go home and explore a little animal attraction of your own.
