Fall In Lust: Aphrodisiacs Of The Harvest Season

In addition to falling leaves and the slight chill in the air, the smell of pumpkin, apples and spice is another telltale sign that autumn has arrived. But did you know that many of your favorite harvest foods are also natural aphrodisiacs? It's no wonder that this is the perfect time of year to "fall" in love.

Apples
In Medieval England, an autumnal celebration highlighted the fermented fruit of the apple tree, and the almost Bacchanalian merriment that would ensue after consuming these natural delights. Apples deliver a jolt of sweetness, and their high pectin keeps a sugar rush at bay while their even energy distribution will keep you going during a few hours of horizontal apple picking.

Chocolate
Is there anything sexier than a drizzle of the finest dark chocolate? Chocolate is thick, smooth, creamy, and delicious, but you already knew that. It's also believed to be a source of the same feel-good chemical that the body naturally produces during those first moments of falling in love.

Buttermilk
Buttermilk is a popular ingredient in desserts for meals that call for a lush finale, and that same quality makes it a perfect aphrodisiac.  The wonderful feeling of cool buttermilk poured over the body can be enough to start an encore of good lovin'.

Cinnamon
A spice considered to be culinary fairy dust that can inspire a long night of passion. Cinnamon was used in Asia to guard against colds, the bark of the cinnamon tree is also used as an aromatherapy agent for relaxation. Cinnamon is among the spices considered useful for producing “heat” within the body, and has been measured to increase appetite, both physical and sexual.

Ginger
Ginger plays into the aphrodisiac history of both the East and West. Although recipes for pumpkin pie spice vary, most also include nutmeg and cloves. All three of these intensely flavored spices help raise body temperature and have been used in the East to sweeten breath.

Fennel
As an aphrodisiac, fennel may be most useful to women. In the 1930’s, fennel was considered to be used as a source for synthetic estrogen.

Maple Syrup
It's dark, rich and somewhat mysterious, but maple syrup’s aphrodisiac attributes are more extensive than its obvious charms. Maple syrup is a source of zinc, essential for healthy blood flow -- which will assist and enhance any orgasm.

Pumpkin Spice Pie
The Smell & Taste Treatment & Research Foundation in a clinical study discovered that the scent of pumpkin pie spice in combination with lavender was extremely effective in arousing men. We don't think that you should be sprinkling pumpkin pie spice in your panties, but you may want to consider inviting the current object of your lust over for dessert in front of the fire and see what happens next.

Red Wines
Ah, wine, the gift of the gods. Not only will red wine halt those evil free radicals, and keep you skinny, and keep you young…but it turns out that a delicious cabernet will also boost your libido and that of your lover.

Saffron
The most expensive of the spices, Saffron's aphrodisiac allure, according to the Knights of Arabia, , is believed to be most effective on women. Like honey, it can give the body that quick fix of energy at a key moment but it adds a more distinctive flavor to foods than its golden cousin.

Tomatoes
Many food experts call the tomato, the "apple of love."  The sensation of eating a fresh, fully ripened, crisp, clean, juicy tomato is sexy all on its own. Tomatoes have been known to aid in sexual performance. They help calm pre-sex nerves, which can be especially helpful in a first-time-partner situation.

Plan a Romantic Make-Out Session

Okay, so you've rounded the sexual bases in your relationship many, many times, but that doesn't mean you should keep skipping over first in an effort to make an out-of-the-park grand slam home run every time you're at the plate.  As many couples become more serious, their make-out sessions start dwindling until suddenly they're not kissing as passionately—or as often—as they used to.

Do you remember your first kiss with your partner? The weak-in-the-knees quivery feeling you felt in the pit of your stomach when your lips first touched? Those feelings shouldn't be overlooked for naked nookie.

Kissing is important. It's your bond. It's the way that you're linked with your partner. You should make time to kiss more often. Take time to plan a make-out session. Get Frisky And Fall In Love!

Summer may have come and gone, but that doesn’t mean it’s time for the winter blues to kick in.  Fall is one of the most exciting and beautiful times of the year.  It’s the season of sweaters, caramel apples, mulled wine, and football…players: what’s not to love? Fall is a great time for romantic adventures and intimate pleasures.  Seasonal cooking is always fun, and fall features flavors that create togetherness and companionship. So embrace the season with our sexy ideas for fall romance. Try these tips — and even as the air gets chilly — your love life will continue to be hotter than ever.

Go on color tour!
Watching leaves transform into brilliant displays of vibrant orange, yellow, and red is one of the best parts of autumn, but just driving through your neighborhood won't give you enough of a peek at the true beauty of the season. So hop in your car, pack some sandwiches for a picnic, and take a scenic drive through mountain passes and tree-lined back roads where you can get an awe-inspiring look at the true romance of fall.

Are you ready for some football?
There’s truly is no cure for Sunday afternoons when your man wants to watch football, so the best solution is to join him! Get together a group of friends, and order pizza and beers. Even if you don’t know the difference between a touchdown and a home run, watching a game with a group is a great way to learn. And afterwards, your man may show his appreciation for your consideration in a really naughty and fun way.

Make it fright night!
Halloween isn't until the end of October, but it's never too early to on a ghost tour of a local haunt. Or just stay home and turn off the lights, make some popcorn, and watch some scary movies.  It's an inexpensive night in that will make guys feel strong and protective, and allow women to snuggle even closer to their man.  Who knows where a little kissing in the dark might lead?

Go day tripping!
Take off to an apple cider mill and be sure to take part in all the fall activities! Go on a hayride, find a secluded spot in the corn maze to neck, and feed your sweet tooth with delicious fall treats like candy corn, doughnuts and cider.  It's a great place to let go and just have fun.  Make sure you bring home a pumpkin for carving.  Working on a creative fall project will bring you closer together.

Feather your nest!
A change of seasons is a great time to make changes around the house and autumn is the perfect time for nesting.  Turn your bedroom into a sacred and sexy retreat. Banish overhead lighting and create a sensual mood with sconces and table lamps. Scented candles, and massage oils and will add to the exotic atmosphere.  And maybe it's time to pick out a new sex toy…or two.

Fun Fall Date Ideas

It's the most wonderful time of the year! The days are warm and sunny and the nights are cool and crisp. It's a great time to start something new, like a new project, a new book, or a new relationship.
We've got some great ideas for you to get out and get dating with someone special. There's no reason why go out with someone new, we've got ideas for cheap dates too.  After you both have lots of fun, maybe then it'll be time to get frisky!

1. Football game
High school, college or pro -- it doesn't matter. It's all about snuggling under a blanket together in the stands, and making out under them after the game.

2. Pumpkin carving
You can tell a lot about a person by the personality of their pumpkin. And the roasted seeds make a tasty treat that goes well with a glass of white wine.

3. Haunted Attraction
It's that time of year when people actually pay good money to be scared to death. Why not? Get going to the closet place you can find that's celebrating the zombie apocalypse.

4. State Fair
Nothing is as much fun as a funnel cake and 4-H. Throw in a little boot-scootin' boogie and you've got a night that's on the way to hot romance.

5. Hayride
It's the perfect way to slow things down a little bit and really get to know another person. Especially fun if you both leave your smartphones in the car and just take some time to get to know each other.

6. Color tour
Get in the car and head north -- or east or west. You can easily find out where the most scenic drives for fall color are located near you. Make a Google map and head out to really enjoy the season.

7. Apple cider mill
It's the real flavor of the season. You can count on some sweet kisses in between glasses of cider and bites of hot donuts.

8. Weenie roast
It's the perfect time of year for a bonfire. You'll have to cuddle close after dark and don't forget the s'mores!

9. Ghost hunt
A little Internet research will give you the location of "haunted" places in your area. Take a flashlight and go exploring to see if you can find paranormal activity followed by a little nookie.

10. Leaf pile jumping
You can have fun in your own backyard and enjoy feeling like a kid again.

11. Nature hike
There's no better way to really enjoy the colors that celebrate the change of the seasons.

12. Corn maze
You may have to look around to find a pumpkin farm or ranch that's hosting a corn maze. It's fun to get lost -- just the two of you together.

13. Dinner and a movie marathon
Crisp nights call for a fire in the fireplace, a glass of wine and some shared favorites in the DVD player.

14. Wine tasting and picnic
Pack a lunch and head out to the local wineries. Many wineries have free tasting flights, and if you take your lunch you can find a gorgeous corner of the winery to enjoy your lunch.

15. Harvest festival
What a great way to celebrate the season. You'll be able to walk, shop and eat together.

16. Farmers Market
After you gather up a bounty of fresh produce, you can have even more fun planning a meal together.

17. Oktoberfest
Raise your glass and stomp your feet. Fall is the perfect time to get out and celebrate. Maybe this year you'll learn how to polka.

18. The-AH-tre Season
September is traditionally the start of new plays in theatres.  Find out about the regional theatres near you -- or make plans to go see something special in a big city nearby.

19. Nest Shopping
You'll be spending more time indoors as the weather gets cooler in the coming months, now is the perfect time to go shopping for new pillows, towels and sheets.

20. After midnight moonlight sex
Before there's snow on the ground, and while the air is crisp -- you can still get down and get funky under a moonlight sky.

Who Will Play Ana And Christian In '50 Shades'?

You know that we all made our own casting decisions way back when we read  the 50 Shades Of Grey trilogy.   My mind's eye cast Ryan Gosling in the part of the smoldering Christian Grey. I was less choosy about who played Anastasia Steele,  I never considered Alexis Bledel because she will always be Rory Gilmore to me. But that hasn't stopped other fans of 50 Shades from making their preferences known.

It's well-documented that the phenomenal popular novel has its roots as fan fiction. Ana and Christian started out as a love letter to Bella and Edward from the popular Twilight vampire series.  But now the 50 Shades books have a cult following of their own. It seems only fitting that fans of 50 Shades have become so vocal about how the casting of the movie version should go.

While there hasn't been any official casting announcements made from the producers of the film, fans haven't been shy about voicing their opinions about who should (and should most definitely not) be cast. And the fans are putting their opinions forth by making unofficial 50 Shades movie trailers. Some of which are incredibly well-done.

The general consensus among fans seems to be that Alexis Bledel is perfect for the part of Anastasia Steele, the choice of actors for other key roles in the film is kind of all over the place. But who will play Christian Grey? The trailer above which features Matt Bomer in the role has gotten over 600,000 view on YouTube.

So who do you want to see in the role of Ana and Matt? We want to hear from you in the comments below.

Ben & Jerry's Don't Do Porn

Porn and ice cream. Why not?

It sounds like an idea that's as crazy-good as chicken and waffles, but one ice cream maker is just saying no to porn. Ben & Jerry's is suing an XXX-rated movie company for selling porn DVDs that spoof the famed ice-cream company’s labels and flavors.

Caballero Video’s “Ben & Cherry’s” line of features “titles and themes that are based on and deliberately trade upon” Ben & Jerry’s trademarks, according to the legal papers filed in a Manhattan federal court. Examples cited in the suit include movie titles like “Boston Cream Thigh,” “Chocolate Fudge Babes” and “Peanut Butter D-Cup.”

Ben & Jerry’s says those titles are deliberate rip-offs of its “Boston Cream Pie,” “Chocolate Fudge Brownie” and “Peanut Butter Cup” flavors.

No mention was made of Ben & Jerry's own naughtily-named "Schweddy Balls" flavor ice cream, but Caballero has also turned "Cherry Garcia" into "Hairy Garcia" and "New York Super Fudge Chunk's" new porn name is "New York Super Fat and Chunky."

You can see the cover photos of the videos in question inthe New York Post article. It's not difficult to see that the X-rated video covers do have some similarities to the familiar containers of Ben & Jerry's delicious ice cream we've all seen in at the grocery store freezer section.

What Color Are The Walls In Your Bedroom?

You've heard all the talk. It's all about Christian Grey and his "red room of pain." But that's just fantasy created in the "50 Shades of Grey" series.  In reality, there is one color that seems to be causing more people to get it on than any other, but it isn't red or grey. In fact, people with grey walls are having the least amount of sex.

What color is your bedroom? Is it purple? Are you having a lot of sex?

There's a reason why purple is the color of passion. People who have bedroom walls painted purple are having more sex than the rest of us. That's according to a new survey of 2,000 adults conducted by UK online retailer Littlewoods.com.

Couples with purple bedrooms are having 3.49 sexy sessions every week.  Coming in a close second, people with red bedrooms are putting a very respectable 3.18 notches in their crimson bedposts per week, while people with blue on their boudoir walls are getting it on 3.14 times per week.

The survey also revealed that people with silk sheets are likely to have more sex than those with any other type of bedding.  People who put slippery silk sheets on their beds are serious about sex. They're having sex 4.25 times each week.

So maybe it's time for you to consider a makeover in your bedroom. Or at the very least some silken sheets, even if you do need to strap sandpaper onto your kneecaps to crawl your way up to your pillow every night.
